Christmas with the Zabells

Here are pictures from Christmas Eve with the Zabell side:

Christmas

We had a great Christmas this year...except for Joe was on home-call, which turned into pages interrupting any family dinner and present opening. We made it through and had a great New Years weekend when he was not on call, which was nice. Hannah got spoiled by her grandparents, aunt and uncles (and us maybe a little too). She had a great time and here are some pictures from the holidays.

Hanny Girl

This post is all about our Hanny girl.

She is 2 1/2 years old and there are some really fun things that she is into right now that I know I will forget if I don't write them down.

Favorite Outfits: Jammies...every day when she comes home from being at daycare or wherever, she immediately changes into her favorite outfit: a pink Elmo shirt, bright pink cotton pants and her purple sweatshirt. She usually completes the ensemble with her pink kitty slippers.
Favorite Foods: Hannah likes to eat 'wacanoni' which is rotelle or wheel pasta with butter and parmesan cheese. She loves pears, apples, and clementines as well. Not so good at the veggies, but corn is one that she will eat for us.
Favorite activities: Watching Dora (and putting on her tutu) and Tangled, playing with her babies, especially giving them their 'flu shots.' They have each gotten a dozen at least! She also loves to color and paint. She also is very loud and loves to sing at the top of her lungs. Hannah is also very loving and gives many hugs and kisses, which of course makes our day. I would also have to say that one of her favorite activities seems to be stalling...not good for trying to get to daycare and work in the mornings...
Favorite songs: ABCs, the wheels on the bus, itsy bitsy spider, ring around the hosie (also known as posie...)
Bedtime routine: Always includes bath time with splashing mommy. We get our jammies on, eat our vitamins, brush teeth. Then we read a book, was Llama llama misses momma for a while but just recently it has changed to Olivia. She is cute about reading along or reading to us on occasion.

Hannah just recently decided she didn't like pull-ups and diapers and has started using the potty consistently, we have had a couple accidents, but overall she is doing very well. We are very proud of our little girl and know she will be an excellent big sister soon!
